Once you have completed your booking form please enclose your cheque made payable to B2B Events. If you are paying by card please ensure that your card details are clearly written on the booking form.We now need the last three digits of the Security Code on the back of your card. For security reasons please do not add this to the booking form. We will ring you as soon as we have received your form.

You will receive confirmation of your booking within two weeks of the date of the event. If you are booking within two weeks of the event then please ring first for availability of stands (see contact us page).

Malvern Antiques & Collectors Fair 2010

The antiques fairs are held in the Severn Hall. Facilities include carpeting, heating, the facility of electricity (it is advisable to bring an extension lead) and an inside cloakroom.

Single table £53 (includes one 6ft x 2ft6in table & two chairs)
End of row £77 (includes two 6ft x 2ft6in tables & two chairs)
Extra table £5 (must be pre-booked)
JULY & AUGUST ONLY - Outside pitches £30 pre-booked (no refunds) or £35 pay on the day.

Malvern Giant Flea & Collectors Fairs 2010

The flea fairs are held in the Avon Hall (table top), Wye Hall (Drive-in) and outside. Avon Hall (table top) - Facilities include carpeting, heating and the facility of electricity (it is advisable to bring an extension lead).

Single table £40 (includes 6ft x 2ft6in table & two chairs)
Extra table £5 (must be pre-booked)
Wye Hall (Drive In) - £40 (under cover drive in area 20ft pitch - larger pitches will be charged pro-rata)
Outside pitches - Car £25 Others £30

Please note: If you are booking the Wye Hall Drive In please ring to check there is an available pitch before sending in your booking form.

Please note: September Fair will have limited drive-in facility.

The antiques fairs are held in the Lowland Hall. Facilities include electricity, heating if needed and an inside cloakroom (it is advisable to bring an extension lead)(no chairs are provided).

Single stand - £85 (8ft stand with 6ft x 2ft6in table)
Double pitch - £110 (16ft stand with 2 no. 6ft x 2ft 6in tables)
